A few common questions
How is the gift card delivered?
Once your purchase is complete, the gift card is sent by email with a code. Keep that code handy — you'll give it to us when you book (see below). It's emailed to you to print, then you forward it to the lucky person.
Does the gift card expire?
No — Trailside gift cards don't expire, so there's no rush to plan the trip.
How does the recipient redeem it?
By phone — it's quick and easy. Our online booking system doesn't accept gift cards as a payment method yet, so just call or text us at 330.484.3509 with the code and we'll apply the gift card while we set up the stay. Feel free to check availability online first to find dates you like. Prefer to book online? Go ahead — only a 10% deposit is charged up front, and we'll apply the gift card to the remaining balance afterward.
Can it be used toward any cabin?
Yes — a gift card can be applied toward any of our cabins and any dates that are available.
What if the stay costs more than the gift card?
No problem. The gift card covers part of the total and we settle the remaining balance with you directly when you book over the phone.
